In celebrating the 25th Anniversary of Buddhist Tzu Chi General Hospital, and the Annual Conference of Tzu Chi International Medical Association (September 10-13, 2011), the Second International Conference of Stem Cells and Regenerative Medicine will be held at Hualien on September 9-10, 2011.

The Second International Conference of Stem Cells and Regenerative Medicine will have three sessions:
1. Advances in Stem Cell Research.
2. Stem Cell Therapy & Regenerative Medicine.
3. Keynote Lectures featuring the major hindrance and breakthrough in Translational Research.
